Poland - New Taxus SI remote sensing system

The Taxus SI company has developed an AVI-1 - original set for high resolution aerial photographs. The set comprises a special flying device with the remote control for steering it, the digital camera and the GPS receiver.
Thanks to this new equipment, starting from August this year the company’s offer was extended with aerial photographs and orthophoto mosaics made with the use of AVI-1. The field image resolution of such mapping is in the range of 10-15 cm, and in the case of special order it can be also below 10 cm. The small size of the set and no need to plan the flights well in advance allow for almost immediate order realisation.The set is capable of photographing the area of more than 10 sq. km a day
