Executive Director, Corporate Development and Strategy Timo Karppinen invited to join the Ponsse Plc’s Management Team

Ponsse Plc’s Executive Director, Corporate Development and Strategy Timo Karppinen (46), M.Soc.Sc., has been invited to join thePonsse Plc’s Management Team as of 3 January 2011.  The area of responsibility of the Executive Director, Corporate Development and Strategy is the development of the operations and reporting of the Ponsse Group, the development of management processes and the development of the company’s structure. Timo Karppinen will act in the company’s strategy working group and participate in the activities of Ponsse’s Board of Directors as an expert member. Timo Karppinen will report President and CEO of Ponsse Plc Juho Nummela. Karppinen will be located in Vieremä.  Timo Karppinen was appointed Ponsse Plc’s Executive Director, Corporate Development and Strategy as of 1 January 2011. From the perspective of the growth and further development of Ponsse Plc Timo Karppinen’s solid experience will play an important role in the management and development of the company’s extensive international operations.
